  • The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within the 30-day window from the receipt date.

Return Costs

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
  • Costs of shipping and handling associated with a damaged or defective return will be waived.
  • There is no restocking fee associated with any return.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Any final sale items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a return and refund.
  • We recommend carefully reviewing the size, description, and product details before purchasing a final sale item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at paintingtheory@gmail.com. This includes final sale items. We accept responsibility for any item(s) damaged or defective during shipment, and we will gladly offer a full refund to the original payment method and cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time
